2020 EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

ADVERTISING: This year’s event will be aggressively marketed as The Place to Buy in 2020. Most of the advertising will be directed to within a 150 mile radius of Beaumont, Texas.

MOVE-OUT:

Sunday evening, March 1 (after the show)

SPACE RENTAL INFORMATION:

Booth Space (8’ x 10’): $600 each.

Add $100 for corner booths Bulk Space: $1.50 per sq. ft.

TERMS: 50% deposit required upon space reservation. Balance due February, 1 2020.

NOTE: Local Boat & RV Dealers will receive first option on space until September 14, 2019

ELECTRICITY: $60 per hook-up.

TABLE / CHAIRS / CARPET: Will be available for rent from the show decorator. ALL AISLES WILL BE CARPETED.
